Working Paper Series 5: 2013
Asian Cities Climate Resilience Working Paper Series This working paper series aims to present research outputs around the common theme of urban climate resilience in Asia. It serves as a forum for dialogue and to encourage strong intellectual debate over concepts relating to urban resilience, results from the ground, and future directions. The series is also intended to encourage the development of local research capacity and to ensure local ownership of outputs.
The series has arisen out of the Asian Cities Climate Change Resilience Network (ACCCRN, www.acccrn.org), an initiative funded by the Rockefeller Foundation. The series is intended to present research in a preliminary form for feedback and discussion. Readers are encouraged to provide comments to the authors whose contact details are included in each publication.
